Bernardo Mendia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trinestcon Investment Consultants. His geographical focus is Hong Kong, the greater China market as well as Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries. His experience ranges from trade finance to negotiation, from building new teams to developing markets and from international trade and logistics to real estate and financial investments. He also possesses expertise in the associated fields of sports brokerage, trade finance, payment terms, international logistics and cross-border M&A. He has developed a particular set of skills managing institutional and government relations, research, lobbying and networking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
Bernardo is the Co-Founder and the current President of the Board of the Portugal \u2013 Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHKCCI) \u2013 an organisation that promotes trade and bilateral cultural and economic relations between Portugal and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People\u2019s Republic of China. He is also the Secretary General of the Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC). It was founded in 1978 and was the first Chamber of Commerce in Europe to promote business relations with the PRC.<\/p>
In addition, Bernardo is a Research Fellow at Silk Road Aksu Barter Trade Research Institute, Counselor of The International Board of Entrepreneurs & Business People (ENTREPS), Member of the International Board of the Beijing Belt & Road International Co-Incubation (ICI), Founding Member of the New Silk Road Think Tank (ANRS) and Member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
